Hahaha. That is the worst beginner cycle I have ever seen. I wonder where you found something so shitty. Who in the hell runs 8 weeks of Test E and Deca?? I love the PCT too. 2 weeks of Clomid. Dear God. The scary thing to think is that the guy who suggested that cycle is out breeding. Lol. But to help you out. I would run a long ester testosterone such as Test Cypionate or Enanthate for 12 weeks as a first cycle.

Dmass is right. What are your stats?? You must be finding these on the worstcyclesofalltime.com Haha. Seriously, that is terrible. Again, you are only running Test E for 7 weeks?? Test E needs to be run at least 10 weeks, preferably 12 weeks. The Dbol dose isn't have bad. I totally don't understand taking the Nolvadex at week 6. That is retarded. Proviron is something you really don't need to run on your first cycle. That PCT sucks and isn't long enough or at a good dose.
Here is what I suggest after you research everything:
Weeks 1-12: Test E or C at 500mg per week
Weeks 1-12: HCG run at 500ius per week
Weeks 1-12: .25mg EOD
Weeks 14-19: Clomid at 50mg per day for PCT.

Exactly how riprockwell outlined it. You could even throw in an oral kickstart if you wanted. I'm not against those on first cycle. Just don't go crazy. Maybe something like 30mg dbol the first four weeks. But drop just a little bit of bf before starting it and I think you will be more pleased with the results. I always recommend doing that

what's .25mg EOD buddy ? also, The HCG I can get comes on an amp containing 5000iu. Does that mean

Look at some of the site sponsors and you can order Arimidex AKA Liquidex, or Anastrozol. It is usually dosed at 1mg per ml. So you would do .25 of that to get .25mg. As for your Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), if you have an amp, you are going to need to break open the amp, inject a tad bit of sterile water in there and then suck it out and then inject that in to a sterile vial. Sounds confusing but just do some research on it. I forgot to mention that for the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), you will be doing 250ius twice per week (500ius total) so you have 10 weeks worth with a 5000iu amp.
