I want to start cutting, is this a good diet?
I am 193 pounds, bf=17%

meal 1)
protein shake
oatmeal

workout

meal 2) 10 min after workout
protein shake
energy drink
banana

meal 3)
140 gr macaroni
tuna 130gr
olive oil
150 gr vegetables

meal 4)
chicken
vegetables
slice of brown bread

meal 5)
steak

meal 6)
protein shake


total
2000 kcal
250 gr carbs
280 gr protein
40 gr fat
 
seems fine. try it and see how it works. might not need that last slice of bread, and you may want to up the fat slightly, but yea, its a fine generic cutting diet.
 
Looks good to me. Make sure the steak in meal 5 is lean and add some green veggies to it, trust me, you'll need them to give you a full feeling and help with the late night cravings. Add some flax to the meal 6 protein shake, too. And if at all possible, try and get whole wheat pasta in meal 3 instead of regular pasta.
