I've dieted before but never made a science out of it.

Okay, ive dieted before but i never got it down to a science. Ive gotten down to about 10% bodyfat before and i would get stuck....how many grams of protein, carbs and fat should be in my diet if im trying to get ripped?

Stats: 24yrs old
Height: 5,8
Weight: 220
Bodyfat: 16 - 17%

Im looking to drop my bodyfat and lean up maybe down to 200lbs. Do i need to buy a scale for my meats ? thanks fellas i will be heading to costco probobly tomorrow. does costco have any good products for a lean/healthy diet. i know they have awesome frozen turkey pattys
