Just a little help with test 400.. Anybody???

Going to start an only test cycle need some help with my pct and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) I have nolva,clomid and arimidex. Need to know the dosage for my pct and if I should run them both. Going to be taking Test400 200mg twice a week. And should I run arimidex from the start or wait for sides? Any help would be greatful I'm going to be starting my cycle next week.
