Just received 50g Finaflex 550-XD and sustanon powder, how do I prepare it for use?

I Just received 50g Finaflex 550-XD and 50g sustanon powder, how do I prepare it for use? Like what do I mix the powder with to make it useable? How often do I take and how often etc..
Any help would be much appreciated from you experienced users out there, I'm obviously a complete amateur when it comes to steroids
