Did train at Kickboxing Arnhem for 3 years. Arnhem is place where i live nearby. My trainer was Fred Royers, wel known in Holland. He thought me very well. I never fought in a ring though. I just didn’t feel like training 6 times a week, and i wonder if i would have the nerve to fight in a ring.
I stopped training about a year ago to concentrate me fully on my quest for a stronger body
I am now thinking about MMA. Also in Arnhem, trainer is Martijn de Jong (not so well known, not yet).

Most thais i've met at camps eat meat

there's lots of traditions in different regions in thailand and in the south they say eating chicken feet give u strong legs haha
