Katanadrol V3.0 Basic Cycle Questions - Natty Lifter's first cycle

Hello all, I hope to start my first cycle of Katanadrol soon; however, I have some general questions before I start. I have done as much research as I can to get to this point, so i'm hoping you guys can help me finalize things.

I am 33 yrs old -5'11, 205 lbs and currently sitting at 8% bfat. I've lifted natural my entire life. Katanadrol seemed like a good first PH to use based on what i've read about sides, etc... My goal for this cycle is to maintain size while on a caloric deficit and get super f*cking ripped! I realize i could add helladrol to the mix as well, but I need to keep this under the radar or my wife will wonder how i got so ripped and gained size all at the same time :mad:

My cycle essentially looks like this:

Wk 1-6
N2Gaurd ( all at once or 4 in am and 3 in pm)
HCGenerate--dose it says on the bottle (3 in am and 2 in pm)
Kantana-2/3/3/4/4/4

Wk 6-10
Forged Liver support
Forma Stanzol
DAA
Clomid--optional--IMO--it's really NOT necessary with Kanatana

I will also be using the below supplements throughout as they are a staple for me.
BCAA--ED (everyday)
Creatine
Multis
Protein

Questions
1.) i have read mixed reviews on whether or not a SERM is required for this cycle. I realize most say no SERM, no cycle, but want some final input.
2.) Do i need a test base like RS Trans for this mild cycle or is that necessary?
3.) I am currently running at a caloric deficit of 2200 calories. Should i up the calories slightly to take advanatage of the fat burning effects of katanadrol or stay where i'm at?
4.) I have read no information associated with hairloss and katanadrol. Does anyone know of this? I am not too thrilled about a bunch of shedding hair.
5.) How does the cycle look and am i missing anything?

Honest man, pct will suck without a serm. Anyone who says different has never ran anything potent.

Next. Start at 4 caps right off the bat, katan is mild and u won't have any more or less sides starting at 2 or 4 caps a day.

I'd actually up the cals a bit. 2200 cals for 200lb is really low. While this is a cut it's still a cycle. Add more protein at the bare min, I'd consider more post workout carbs too
 
N2shamooo + rogaine and Nirozal 2.0 shampoo put together is the best anti hair loss stack u can put together. If ur already thinning get at least 2 of the 3.
 
I agree with gymrat. 2200 seems pretty low. Word to the wise, i had mood issues when my calories and carbs are too low on Katanadrol (or any PH for that matter. I was lethargic and irritable, but i upped my complex carbs and it really helped. I think it's going to be important to listen to your body and make adjustments as you go. It appears you have a good plan, but be prepared for the unexpected. Hence the reason to AT LEAST have a serm on hand. In PCT your body is in a very fragile state. In my opinion, there's no sense in taking a risk of losing your gains and/or not recovering properly.

Also, i've yet to hear about anyone losing hair from Katanadrol. That's not to say it doesn't happen. You might try a couple of internet searches and see what you come up with.
 
Thank you for the replies! I will take those suggestions and make sure to include them. A few questions:

1.) Totally agree on the SERM. My reservation about it is I don't have a current means to get nolva or clomid. I have websites that offer "research chemicals" that provide a supposed equivalent, but not pharma grade. I will have to get creative on how to find this.

2.) I didn' see any feedback on the transderm as a test base. I suppose it isn't needed, correct? All other cycles i've seen for katana doesn't include it, but i always see "run a test base" in most other cycles.

3.) Diet is the one thing i need some more guidance on. I'm currently eating 2200 calories, which is about 600 below my maintenance based on my activity level. I'm retaining strength and slowly reducing body fat on this amount of calories. My macros are split at 40/40/20 and i usually get around 200-250 carbs/200-250 protein and 30-50 g fat on workout days and 100-150c /250+p/70-100 fat on non-workout days. Those are rough approximations. I use my phone to track the exact macros. On this cycle should i focus on getting my total calories up to 2500 ish, or are we talking higher than that? In upping the calories, the post workout meal and breakfast seem like obvious candidates for most of the surplus. Otherwise, my meals should stay roughly the same.

I obviously want to get the most out of my cycle, but i've worked hard to diet over the last three months to get to this bfat naturally, so I don't to go on cycle, up calories and lose my six pack in the process. I guess i'm trying to find the perfect balance. As you all said, i'll have to listen to my body and adjust i suppose.

4.) PCT is whole avenue i need to lock down in terms of caloric intake, training intensity, etc... in order to maximize and keep my gains. This deserves a whole different discussion i guess, but any input on this would be great. After cycle, should i keep the calories the same and then cut back down to 2200 ish calories once i finish PCT? Also, does training stay the same or does that have to get less intense as well?

1. That's how i get my serms. For the most part, i think this is how most guys get their stuff. I believe there's a supplier that sponsers this board called RUI products. From what i've read, it's trusted.

2. I've never run transaderm. Some guys do and love it, and some don't care for it. I can't speak on for either as i've never tried it. If you do decide to run it, you won't need the HCGenerate during the cycle.

3. I think you're headed in the right direction with around 2500 cals. I guess it depends really on your goals. If you're more focused on losing weight and just keeping the muscle you've got, 2200 cals would probably do that. I personally would enjoy gaining a few lbs of muscle while losing a a little bit of fat. With that mind, i'd try to find a happy medium, where i'm giving my body just enough to build muscle while losing fat. In any case, you'll have to watch and listen to your body. It was certainly a learning experience for me, and still is!

4. You'll want to keep the intensity HIGH in pct. Your body will struggle to keep its mass while it works on bringing your testosterone back up. A lot of guys, including myself, keep the calories high. Not so high that your adding tons of fat, but enough to keep the added mass. If it was me, during a cut, i'd keep my calories up to maintenance through pct. That would certainly help to keep added muscle.
 
Thanks again Chief for all the advice. Out of curiosity, how much better would this stack be in terms of appearance if I added helladrol? I am hesitant to add it because (and I know this sounds stupid) i have a feeling it will be too "noticeable" and my wife may shit a brick if she finds out i'm taking stuff. The katanadrol was a happy medium because i'm on a cut and i'm already leaning out so I figured it wouldn't be out of the ordinary noticeable.

Also, what does adding helladrol do to my current plan? Would i need to add anything extra into the mix here other that the helladrol itself? Taurine for back pumps i suppose, but i'm not sure what else.

Also, one last stupid question. I will be taking the clomid in PCT as advised. I'm assuming i run it the full four weeks, correct? Also, since it's a milder cycle should i plan on just taking 25mg/day?
 
Helladrol is methylated. Meaning, your liver will be under stress breaking it down. N2guard is what I use when taking a PH for liver protection, so i think you're good there. I'm a married man too, so i understand upsetting your wife can be a problem. If there's a chance that it could harm your marriage, i wouldn't risk it. Anyhow, you wouldn't have to add anything IMO.

Helladrol and Katanadrol run well together. I'd abstain from alcohol or anything that puts stress on the liver.

As far as added appearance, or adding a ton of mass...I'm not sure. The truth is, these are steroids. The experience is mostly subjective and varies from person to person. I wouldn't jump in to running multiple compounds to start.

Thanks man, i think a single compound is the way to go as well. I'll turn this into a log i suppose and hopefully i'll have some good results to post.

I have a few final questions if you don't mind. I have been running a anabeta, erase, endosure cycle and i have about two weeks left. I realize i should take 4 weeks off prior to getting into this katana cycle, but i'm curious if it's necessary since there is no real suppression going on with that stack.

I'm also not 100% sure on the timing of all this stuff. Do you think i should take two katana at 6 am/6pm? It has caffeine so after 6pm may cause sleep issues. Do I need to space it out from the others supps noted above as well, or can i just toss 10 pills down the throat at once lol?

Also, do you think clomid and nolva are necessary or just clomid? I have very small gyno from puberty that isn't bad, but who the hell knows if it will flare up in PCT. Lastly, what would you recommend as the dosing for clomid in PCT?
 
Updates? Im running Katanadrol as well...but dont have enough money to run a full cycle at 300-400mg. So I can only get a 14 day cycle starting the first 3 days at 150 and then bumping it to 250 for the next 11 days. Im already in keto mode. Losing nicely so far in 9 days. I use N2Slin and RS Transaderm(scrotum). So far so good. Anyone care to chime in? Thanks
 
I'd drop katana and use epi instead. I absolutely hated katama and was very dissapointed in effects. I ended up throwing epi I'm around week 3 and made all the difference. Just thought I'd share my experience
