Hey people.

Ive heard that you can keep most of your gains with correct post cycle therapy (pct) right? But ive heard some people also say that a good year natural after post cycle therapy (pct) you can actually shrink back down, surely this isnt true?

I always thought whatever you keep after post cycle therapy (pct) you will keep naturally as long as your not above your genetic limit and still eating more calories then maintenance.

Feedback much appreicated guys

You are basically correct. If you aren't past your genetic limit, then you should be able to not only maintain, but grow without steroids. Of course, there are many factors involved: training, diet, genetics, rest, etc.

Why do people lose gains:

1. They don't follow proper PCT
2. They don't eat to maintain their new muscle mass. If you gain 20lbs on a cycle, you are going to have to eat like it. If you don't increase your protein and calories you won't be supplying your body with the proper nutrients and energy needed to hold the new mass. If you weigh 200lbs, eat like a 250lbs bodybuilder. That will ensure you get enough food to hold your mass.

True ... but it can also ensure you get fat if your not careful.

Yea on non workout days you won't have a PWO, and your carbs will lower a significant amount on non workout than workout days.

Eat like a 250lb bodybuilder .. That doesn't include a diet of ding dongs and bigmac's.

So what if you put on a little bit of fat. I don't know many poeple who don't put on some fat shile bulking. Those that don't will see slow gains.

You can't have a ripped 6 pack 12 months of the year if you plan on getting huge!

I TOTALLY FUCKING AGREE
I am loosing my sixpack (it hurts like hell especially when you have a fucked up mentally that tells you you are fat and thin at the same time)the only thought that keeps me going is Wait till im shredded at 220 lbs instead of shredded at 180 lbs.

If you try and lose fat without restoring your HPTA, you will run into trouble (muscle losee). That's why it is important to deal with your post cycle therapy (pct) frist.

Alos if you try and lose fat too quickly you will run into the same troubles.

Yeah and you cant constantly resort to Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cutting cycles whenever you pile on extra pounds of fat, you would have to be "on" most of the time, and that is just not healthy.

Thats why im going to try and loose fat and maintain muscle whilst off cycle, surely this is possible if your not above your genetic limit! As long as your diet is correct, and maybe the use of some supplements, creatine, ECA, BCAA's etc

Eitherway, im going to give it a try, I swear its possible! :)
