Keeping Dianabol gains, what's the truth?!

Hi there, I'm on 30mg dianabol a day on 6 week cycle. I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week for just over and hour a session and do heavy weights and low reps. I'm confused about how much muscle if any is retained after the cycle ends, once you stop the cycle do you deflate to the size you were before starting the cycle? Do you just lose the water? And if so, in general what proportion of the gains are water retention? I'm not looking to enter bodybuilding just looking to gain about 5-10 kg between now and July (in which time I will try and get in one more 6 week cycle)

You have a bit more reading to do before you jump into AAS imho. Dbol is great when used in conjunction with test, but if you don't use a proper PCT and manage estrogen, you're only asking for trouble. In my experience, guys that lose most of their gains from these shitty oral-only cycles do so because they have suppressed their natural test and go catabolic - losing what they gained. As far as size goes, you will lose size no matter what as dbol just adds a shit ton of water weight to you while on cycle.
