keeping muscle when taking time off

I might be taking 2 to 3 months off from training. Is their any supplement that has actually been proven to prevent muscle loss?
Has any one had any experiences with a product(supplement or not) that can help keep musce?

Test boosters may work, but I don't think anything is more proven than creatine, protein and bcaas. If you want a great protein source try Primordial's MAP. It'll keep you anabolic bro :yumyum:

first, your avi is great,

2nd, yeah the poster above is right, those staple supps, whether from primordial performance, universal, or whoever, theyll work, but a 2-3month layoff is tuff, altho 2wks back in and the muscle memory will take care of things
