I think I hate carbs. Ive been on keto for 6 weeks now and every time I do refeed I get bloated and my joints hurt real bad. Anyone hear of this before?

Ive never done keto so i dont know if that a common thing.

It sounds almost like you had a ton of sodium the day before, did you wake up bloated with sore joints?

how much water are you drinking?
 
Can you give an approximate amount of carbs your eating? And maybe your weight?

I'm 255 and whenever I did a carb loading day I felt just like how you described, as well as irritable and tired.
 
theres a price to be payed with running keto.. the psychological factor is the craziest..

when ur in keto your body is using fats as energy.. when u refeed you shock your body....

i'd like to see your exact refeed day.. with exact macros.. it sounds like u need a tweak...

have u been still losing weight??

this might be personal, but when was your last menstral cycle??
when was your last aas cycle? what was it?

high estrogen levels will keep you from losing weight.. ur fighting that..

post up your refeed day.. i cant understand why your not losing weight.. how long have you been on BC?

anything at all.. have u started diff meds??

i cant see how your on a 1400 calorie diet and not losing weight.. especially with all that damn cardio..

u got your cals wrong.. ur at 1123.. hummm....

no where close enough for a good refeed...

up your protien another 50g, up your carbs another 100g
 
i might have to look over your whole diet again..

people often make the mistake of getting their macros wrong.. thats why i ask them to post it with every critique...
