I think I hate carbs. Ive been on keto for 6 weeks now and every time I do refeed I get bloated and my joints hurt real bad. Anyone hear of this before?

Mentally Im fine..Im not irritable or anything.
I dont get periods because of BC.

i cant see how your on a 1400 calorie diet and not losing weight.. especially with all that damn cardio..

u got your cals wrong.. ur at 1123.. hummm....
no where close enough for a good refeed...
up your protien another 50g, up your carbs another 100g
Being bloated is normal but joint pain from a refeed....I haven't heard of that although it may be possible.
