I know i shouldn't have a carb up on keto until 2 to 3 weeks in it, but my question is do i have to carb up at the end of every week?
 
yeah u should carb up on about the third weekend of your diet.
As long as ur fairly into ketosis, u should be alright.

Only carb up for form about 36 hours, for example the friday night and the saturday and saturday night....

Im in my third week and it is hard but u see the results, and that keeps u motivated
 
try having a post workout frink dextrose and water
thats what i do ! Gives me the lkick i need in trying!
 
if keto is doen correctly you wouldn't have to drink and types of protein shakes. I have nothing Atganist protein shakes or supplements, but i think the most riches proteins come from food!
 
You don't HAVE TO drink protein shakes to get positive results, but there is good reason to believe that their quicker digestion/quicker absorption properties can provide additional benefits over whole-food protein around workouts.
 
I was on CKD for five months and I am contemplating going back on it again because it worked so damn well for me. The one thing I would do differently is not carb up as much as Lyle MacDonald suggests and I would only carb up every 2nd week.
