I am an internationally competative athlete and am recovering from knee surgery and currently in rehab mode. I needed reconstruction as well as microfracture work to stimulate regrowth of cartlidge that I had torn off my knee.

My sprint speeds are critical for me

I have been running gh for several months and plan on running it for several more. When I am finished with rehab ( in approx. 2 months when my knee and leg are reasonably strong). I plan on doing a winny/prop cycle. 6 wks 50 wi/day 100 prop eod. I may cut the prop down if I start gaining too much weight.

My concern/question: Winstrol (winny) is tough on the joints - I am taking glucosomine, is there anything else I can take to help out?

Am I being stupid running Winstrol (winny)? Will it negatively affect my knee?

Any and all thoughts are greatly appreciated,
Thanks

Hell yeah!!! For what you are trying to accomplish, I would run Anavar (var) in place of the Winstrol (winny) FOR SURE! Also, not sure if you want to add a little deca, but this will help add a little water to the area of complaint thereby aiding the shock-absoring activity of your joint.

Here is some more information for ya bro... good luck:

I agree W/ DrVJ about using oxandrolone instead of Winstrol (winny). The Wimmy can really be tough on the joints.
Have you researched prolotherapy, BTW?

thanks for the response guys. I will replace the Winstrol (winny) with var...I would love to run deca but can't due to drug testing. I'll reserach prolothreapy

GreasyGreek: I would love to use some turinabol but can't get a hold of it.

Buff Doc: Just did a search on prolotherapy and it looks quite promising. Have you had a lot of success with it? Also would it be beneficial post op?
