Know your milk

It was basically gonna tell you that grocery store milk is processed bullshit, and real whole farm milk is the only way to go for nutrition,
if you are a milk drinker. I don't argue with that opinion, real whole milk
straight from the cow with all the milkfat and everything is almost a complete meal basically of carbs/fats/proteins.

The main thing to consider is that real milk sours, which is turned into
other nutritious products. Milk you get at the grocery turns rancid. It's
not too hard to figure out what's good for you.
