Hanging in There

I changed up my diet quite a bit. Now doing the diet suggested to loose the final 10 pounds in The 4 Hour Body. I'm hoping I get better results.

I don't yet have the funds to start my cycle, so I'm working on a weekend job.

Being an actor our here in LA can be fucking expensive. Spending a fortune right now updating headshots. Still doing bootcamp. Still seeing positive progress in my body -- I'm leaning out, been getting lots of compliments too -- all natural progress right now.

I got a B12 shot today and feel great. I thought maybe B12 shots regularly would be helpful and also a helpful way for me to learn to inject. I have concerns over injecting myself, even though I have read all of the info, so watching a doctor inject every week for awhile sounds like good training. Better than going in bling, anyways.

I'm a sober alcoholic and I've discussed my plan to use steroids with my sponsor. Although he's not sure he'd consider this a relapse per se, he did say it's a "slippery slope" and suggested I do this with a doctor;s supervision, so that;s something else holding me back.
 
Much passed time, much progress.

I've made much progress on my body over the last few months, with simple diet and exercise.

I'm back on the boards looking into my first cycle again. Would really love a friend in Los Angeles with some expert advice!

Another revision on my anticipated first cycle.

I've just read Nightmare007's thread on first cycle, which I think is great and I think it's newer info than I had when I was on the forums a few months back. What I'm gathering is that my first cycle is a little too ambitious maybe for a first cycle. I should just start with teste and see how I react before adding anavar, which I'll do on a second "cutting" cycle.

Cycle #1:

"Testosterone enanthate 500mg per week(250mg on Monday and 250 mg on Thursday ) for 12 weeks
Exemestane 12.5mg everyday 15 weeks
Hcg 500iu per week(250 iu on the day you pin test,starting on week 5)
Hcg 1000iu everyday for 10days leading up to your post cycle therapy (pct)

Now after your last shot you need to wait for 2.5 weeks to let the testosterone clear out of your system before you start the most important part of your cycle THE POST CYCLE THERAPY or post cycle therapy (pct) for short .The quality of you post cycle therapy (pct) is what determines how much of your new muscle will stay with you provided you eat rite and train hard

THE post cycle therapy (pct)
Clomafene Citrate 50mg everyday for 4 weeks
Tamoxifen citrate 40mg every day 2 weeks followed by 20mg everyday for 2 weeks"


So, below I've scheduled it out.
The only confusing part for me above is about the post cycle therapy (pct), and I've also heard that Aromasin should stay throughout ... including the 2.5 weeks between last teste pin and post cycle therapy (pct) and during post cycle therapy (pct). So, I've included that in my schedule. Please leave me feedback! Thanks!

First Shipment Arrived

I ordered my teste, armasin and bac water from my source -- they are out of anavar, hgc, clomid and nolva. My first order arrived fast.
I've ordered pins and syringes from rui, still waiting on those.
I'm hesitant to start without the hgc, clomid and nolva -- but I admit, sitting and waiting around with three bottles of teste in my closet ain't easy!
I have everything I need for the first four weeks of my cycle -- again, I'm hesitant to get started without at least my PCT products in case something goes wrong.
 
Week #1

Just finished my first week of my first teste cycle. As expected, I haven't really noticed any real gains in muscle size or strength. I had no trouble with my injections, using an 18 to pull and a 26 I think to pin. Found an amazing tutorial on YouTube although I was pretty freaked out by how young that kid looked shooting himself up -- anybody else seen that? Noticed muscle soreness (PIP) in my thigh which I've taken as a sign of things working. My aromasin did not arrive in 12.5 mg tablets as I had planned, but as 10 mg tablets. After some reading I decided to start even lower, so I've been breaking the tablets in half, taking about 5 mg per day. After my first injection, my sex drive went really high and I fucked 3 times. A few days later, I took an entire 10mg pill and lost my sex drive completely. Not sure if these are related. I've gone back to 5 mg bc I like sex. I've definitely noticed mood swings, but I think I'm also going through some rough unexpected things in my life ... I also think I'm a steroid virgin and will become more accustomed to the testosterone with experience.

I was dating someone new and eating a lot of dating food which meant a pretty volatile diet. It looks like things aren't going to work out so I'm back on my clean, high protein diet. I also missed a bunch of workouts which was less than ideal for my first week; however, I'm used to working out every day and I realize this is unnecessary -- I just like it. Not really sure I can blame the relationship for less working out, it was more because I had booked a bunch if acting work which I am very grateful for. But long 14 hr days on set with no gym and tons of crafty is a real fit blockerr.
 
Reporting on Week #4 (Teste, added Var)

Finishing up week #4. Injecting 250 test twice a week, 50 mg Anavar (for a week now) and 10mg Aromasin daily.

My size is increasing, but I'm not getting any leaner. I've added Anavar to my cycle for about a week now. Feeling stronger when lifting, but not able to sprint as well. Some mood swings. Pretty horny. An awareness of this helps keep it under wraps.

Looking at my first cycle

I finished my first cycle and am on PCT.

There are a few major changes I would make in the future:

1. I was definitely on my cycle for too long.
2. Diet.

I'm not sure what happens when you're on a cycle for too long, but it seemed once I really got adjusted to the injections I haven't been wanting to get off. At first, the test made me aggressive and a bit moody, I'll admit. I became easier to anger. I've read people oppose that position, saying they never personally had that experience; however, I can say I definitely did. Once I became more adjusted, I was able to transform that aggression into confidence -- and I've actually been liking that a lot. Physically, people have been giving me great validation of my work, commenting on how big I've gotten, etc., and it feels great. Getting laid is cake. Sex rules. Also, I feel stronger and I ultimately enjoy the performance I've gained in my workouts. It's going to be hard to see some of that edge go over the next few months. But who knows, perhaps my proper PCT will leave me feeling great, I'm going to hope for the best.

I did get bigger, but I could have been much better about my diet and I would have maintained my leanness. I learned that test is the miracle drug I'd hoped it would be, but I also learned it can't perform miracles. However, I am absolutely convinced that my body is more difficult to get and keep lean than others. My training has been intense and consistent throughout my entire cycle -- I love to train -- and I don't think I need any adjustment there -- then again, I could be wrong about that, too -- my body seems to resist getting really heavy with weight training whereas my cardio is able to get very fast -- My sprinting has been an incredible personal achievement. I find it odd that my cardio can be so great yet leanness so difficult. For the future, I'd like to focus more on lifting heavy and eating better. I'll research diet once again on these forums and elsewhere, but if anyone can relate to my specific challenges with getting lean I'd love to hear how you are able to combat those challenges and how you found success. Meanwhile, I'm working up the courage to survive on boiled chicken, broccoli, distilled water and isolate protein again -- the only diet that really seems to work getting me lean.

Picking Myself Back Up

I haven't been on this site in awhile, but I'm really glad I started this journal however long ago. Since I've last posted, I had relapsed back into my drug addiction. I had a really terrible year which ended in a struggle to get sober once again. I've moved out of California and back home to the East Coast. My family has been taking care of me, and I finally got a new job. I've been sober for 5 months, and I'm proud of that in a way, but in the last 5 months of recovery, I've completely lost the work I've done on my body. That's why I'm glad I have this journal. Before jumping on a cycle, I have to get back to basics: diet and workout. So, I start work next week which means I'll start getting paid in December. Once paid, I'll be able to join a gym and order my supplements.

Which means I'm going to be just in time for a New Years resolution. (The irony! I always silently judged people that showed up to the gym on January 1st, well, that'll be me!) I'll also be starting my cyclical keto diet. I've reconfigured it a bit - I'll be sure to post it once I'm final on what I'll be eating. For me, a routine diet has always been best.

Until then, there's a lot I can do to begin. I was looking at my planned diet and comparing to how I've been eating the last few months. I'm way off the mark, so I will begin making gradual changes each week to ensure that once I start the diet I'll have built up the discipline to stick with it. Today, I can cut out refined sugar. Next week, I'll stop eating after 6:00 pm. Also, I can be jogging more often. I'm going to start today by cutting out refined sugar.

I may post a picture once I get up the courage to snap what I've done to myself. Sheesh.
