Try 1 jar of fat free cottage cheese, 2tbsp sugar free preserves, ice, a little water and some splenda. Blend till it looks like a smoothie. I know it sounds wierd, but the taste is awesome!
I made "ice cream" when I was trying to cut by putting protein powder, ice and just a bit of water/milk in a blender (add the ice a couple cubes at a time) until it was thick like the consistency of ice cream and would eat it in a bowl. Tastes surprisingly good.
If your like me I would rather stick needles in my eyes than eat cottage cheese but that protein drip through out the night is so important so I take 1 cup of puke (cottage cheese) and 3 tablespoons of EXTRA CRUNCHY Peanut butter mix it together real good then just get after it. You can't even taste the cottage cheese. Sounds bad but actually taste pretty good.
