Lean Bulk - Winter 2015.....

Hey guys so I just got my bloodwork done (all good) and am starting another 14 week cycle. Been off for three months after my last contest which I cut pretty hard for so I'm looking to gain some strength and put on as much size as possible. I'm going to be running test, eq, and masteron with turinabol. Goal is to gain as much lean tissue as possible without blowing up like a balloon and losing half of it post-cycle. I will be using arimidex for an AI (I've used letro before and hated it) and I have some Nolva on hand in case of gyno (it worked for me the one time I had issues).

Doses will be as follows:

420mg/wk Test E
420mg/wk EQ
280mg/wk Mast-E
60mg/day tbol

I'm planning on taking 1mg adex every two or three days but am looking for suggestions here... Should I lower this to 0.5mg eod? Is it ok to take it e3d instead or does this lead to too unstable of blood concentrations?


Diet will be starting at 3000 calories a day (35%P 45%C 20%F) and increasing from there by about 200 calories per week until I see fit.

I will try to update this thread at least once per week with results and how I'm feeling.
 
Are those twice a week numbers? With adex it's all a guessing game until labs are ran, BUT 1 mg, every two days would crash me. Try 1/2 mg e3d, and go from there.

Nope, it's a total of 420mg/wk of test and same of EQ. 280mg/wk of mast and 60mg of tbol. It's my third cycle and this will be very close to my first where I put on 28lbs. I figure why go too heavy when I can still grow on less. If I need to up it I will but it's where I'm going to start anyway.

My adex is 1mg capsules but I can open them up and put half on my tongue or something Every three days. If my nipples start getting more sensitive I'll up it.

Would you advise starting the adex right away or waiting and seeing if I need it? I've done it both ways in the past but ended up getting a slight bit of gyno I had to take care of last time. it was with different compounds though also.
 
Looks like a pretty sensible cycle, although I don't see much point in EQ at that low a dose if it works for you I won't argue

Agree with buzzbait re: adex, 0.5mg eod or e3d would be about right for me on that much test (the eq and mast won't aromatize much)

What are your current stats?

Height: 5' 11"
Body fat 8-9%

I had cut from 186 to a super lean 162 for a show a few months ago. Looking to get up around 200lbs so I can come in a little heavier at my next show.
 
280 mg a week of mast sounds awfully low.
If your wanting to gain 25 pounds then I'm assuming your bulking, mast at that level for a bulk seems pointless.. Save the mast for later, maybe going into your next show*, cause your not gonna see where it shines going into a bulk

* example:
Bulk cycle 12 weeks
Cutting weeks 12-22
So mast run at 500+ mg weeks 10-22

Yeah, I'm bulking. Next show won't be for about a year so I can get a few more cycles in before then at 3 months on 3 months off. I used mast prop at higher doses going into my last show so I know what you mean. It really hardened me up. If memory serves correctly I was pinning 150-200mg eod. I 'thought' that a low dose of it would help me from looking like a balloon during this cycle is all.

On a side note, do you think it would be worth upping the test and eq to 500mg/wk and the mast to 350mg/wk. This would shorten my cycle from 14 weeks to 12 weeks unless I bought more gear (which I'm not totally opposed to). I'm not sure if it would be better to stay on for two weeks longer or to have the higher concentrations. What do you think?
 
I prefer to lean towards longer cycles, as opposed to more mg but shorter duration,, the mg dosage being use just the amount needed to get your desired results,, if say 400 mg will get you there then no point in running 600.. I lean towards medium dosages for long cycles,, my cycle I'm starting is 24 weeks , but I'm on trt,, if your doing a pct then the longer you are on then possibly more difficult it may be to restart.

Note: and as far as getting more gear,, you should get more anyhow to have on hand, I mean heck what if you drop your last bottle of test towards end of cycle and it breaks.
 
Good call. My last cycle was 20 weeks and I recovered fine (blood work not just my opinion). I'll stick with 14 weeks for this. Every cycle brings with it some learning experience and I'll use that for future runs.
 
So I'm 3 weeks in, up about 6lbs (probably mostly from the orals at this point I'm sure), still looking lean (not too watery), vascularity is increasing and my strength is up a lot. I've decided to up the Test and EQ to 525mg/wk and the mast to 350mg/wk but I will pick up some more gear soon as I want to keep the cycle at 14 weeks rather than shorten it.

I want to get labs done in about two weeks so that I can adjust my AI doses if necessary and make sure everything is in check.

What is the best way to get labs done anonymously in Canada?
 
What's their website? When I Google it I only see walk in clinics in Edmonton.

That's what I mean...go to a walk in clinic, tell them you're feeling sick and would like to talk to a doctor

Tell the doctor you haven't had bloodwork in awhile and want to check your levels (test, estrogen, rbc, alt, lh/fsh, creatinine etc) and if he asks you can make up a story about OTC supplement and boner issues, or your coach gave you some questionable pills before your competition last year and have felt off ever since etc.

Or you can be honest about gear usage, at a walk in clinic it's unlikely that would ever come back to bite you
