Most of the lamb available in the US is fairly fatty, I love lamb but I would not consider it a lean meat.

the local communicy college has a picnic here every year... and they sell buffalo burgers... and they are mmm mmmmm good

if ur eating flank steak during precontest, when is it best to cut it out of the diet?? 6, 4 weeks out?

Extra lean ground turkey..Cheap as hell, very dry, but super lean. One of my favorites and always in fridge...

I love my fish and if i could just eat one meat it would be salmon...I love it..

Shrimp is the cockroach of the sea and r packed with salt and cholesterol.

Filet mignon, tenderloin (pretty much any loin cut of meat will be pretty lean), turkey, fish (I prefer swordfish, shark, and tuna).
