This stuff seems to have a high protein content, and not too high fat content, about:

100g
20g protein
9g fat

Was just wondering is this is a good source of protein because I just realised its all of the cow minced up and not just the good part (fillet)

I cant really afford steak fillets or stirloin or braising steak so was just wondering if this is anygood

LMK many thanks

if it is lean and usually you can compare how lean it is with other meats, then it is a good source of lean protein.

If it's 20% protein and 9% fat it's quiet good. An extra lean beef has about 21% prot and 6 or 7% fat, but is indeed expensive, unless you live here in Argentina, hehe.
And of course, any beef has 0% carbs.

edit: values are uncooked (when cooked you just loose water).

its 20g protein, 9g fat, so thats like 2/3 protein (75% protein!)

And there is no carbs,

Ok ill carry on munching this, as its a good source of protein

Thanks guys

hey volatile, and what about chicken? is it also expensive where you live? chicken breast is also a good source of protein (18% prot - 8-9% fat).
