I received my ordered and before i explain anything i want to start off by saying that i have been on the boards for 4 plus years and i am not trying bash anyone. i would have not posted this public but i have emailed him with no response.

i got my order today, but there are some problems. first off the sterile vial that it comes with was shadard, then i ordered a titian filter and recieved a waterman instead, he should have emailed me before the order went and tell me that he did not have everything, i know i am being ticy tacy but i should get what i ordered! the packing was horrible. now i am out a sterile vial and have to spend more money.

There is nothing wrong with getting what you are expected period. If the vail is messed up just another email and wait for a responce, do not jump to conclusions unless its been a while. nothing is wrong with a waterman filter, but he should have notified you of that out of professionalism.

there is nothing wrong with being tickytacky...

This is the first i have heard of the problem with your order. The sales office should have been in response to you within a few hours after your initial email. I apologize that didn't happen. I pulled up the order and will send out a whole new kit with a titan filter. Check your pm's also..

i recieved a pm from him saying that will make things right i will keep everyone updated and i appreciate him getting back to me, i was just shocked on the packing because i have never had this issue before, i feel he will make it right, Lion sorry i got upset

Several research supply companies that I have been using are either shut down or have suspended operations due to recent events. I will being using this guy if he is still good to go.
