Healthy fats (since hormones are derived from cholesterol).
Any 'test booster' will be a waste of money, as it won't lift your levels substantially, over a period of time that you'd feel the effects. Even when taking testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), effects take weeks to kick in at lower doses. Now there are products that will help with libido but that's a different animal.
I.e., No booster will take a T count from 500 to 700 and hold steady. Even if it did, you may not feel the effects with that small of change.
