I weigh 205 with around 18% body fat. My goal is sub 10% bf but I also want to add 15-20 lbs of muscle (planning to do test e and eq). I understand you have to eat tons when you are on gear so doing option C below seems difficult. I just dont want to add fat (obv like 5lbs isn't a big deal but..) while I'm on gear. Is that even possible?
So given my goals whats the optimal way to tailor my cycle? My thoughts are as follows:
A) lose weight first, then go on for 12 weeks
B) Cycle first, eat w/e, gain tons of weight and then cut
C) Somehow do both at the same time, which with juice is possible??
D) any other suggestions by you?
