hey i have loss my motivation for heavy squat and this kind of training

Overtraining: u need a good rest a week, few days, a month ( i ve just took a big rest 1month and 2weeks. Now wooow i m so happy to train).
Motivation: u may be need friends, i means partners,, lol get more fun during your work out it can help lot, i' m french man.
don' t worry, if u want a grea tbody u will do what you have to do.
Muscles grow during your rest not when u pump iron. Take your rest as so long you want![]()
