No problem.

Just go on Winstrol (winny) only and eat a diet consisting of dry toast and eggwhites.

Curl and bench 7X a week and you've got it made.
 
I hate doing heavy squats,,,,,,,,but I also love them. I have to psyc myself up to do them. On the way to the gym I blast some old Metalica and get angry. Then while doing it, I also blast heavy metal and almost get myself into a rage.

Bottom line: ya gotta do em.
 
take a week off and come up with a new routine. when motivation dives, its usually a sign of overtraining or exhaustion. take some time off and youll see your motivation come back. maybe you just need a change.
 
if you train alone try to find a trainning partner that is bigger & stronger than you this way you will be remotivate !!
 
in fact i have change my training method i do a lot more of bodyweight exercice but as you can guess i do not grow as fast as when i was doing squats
 
imo heavy squats are easy, its the 8+ reps that are hard. when the weight is heavy you put it down cause it will crush you if you try another rep...when the weight is light its just pain.

high reps squats are way worse...for a gut check to the 20 repper with 10 rep weight

Hello Lebanner92 i m french too, ok there is two reasons evident overtraining and lack of motivation what are different.

Overtraining: u need a good rest a week, few days, a month ( i ve just took a big rest 1month and 2weeks. Now wooow i m so happy to train).

Motivation: u may be need friends, i means partners, :druggie:, lol get more fun during your work out it can help lot, i' m french man.


don' t worry, if u want a grea tbody u will do what you have to do.

Muscles grow during your rest not when u pump iron. Take your rest as so long you want :insane2:
