Lost 2lbs in 2 weeks eating 3800-4000 calories/day

I can't seem to eat enough to gain weight, mainly because I work construction 12 hours a day 6 or 7 days a week. I'm eating roughly 400+g carbs, 225-250g Protein, 100-120g Fat. I eat 90% clean foods, I do eat out for lunch once a week, normally subway or extreme Pita, thinking about switching to Pizza hut buffet tho lol.

Anyone got any suggests for gaining while working so much?

I am natural by the way, I wanna do a cycle but I figure it would be a waste while I'm working, gonna wait till I get laid off.


I just switched to a 3 day upper/lower split from a 4 day split. I am gonna run the 3 day upper/lower until I get laid off in the winter.
