Is 1 bottle of enough for some one that has never "studied" clen before?

also is it better to combine albut and clen? or should I just stick to clen?
I am new to this sort of thing. I only used hoodia and green tea before for fatloss.

You need to do your research on what your dose will be. but im 99% sure one bottle will be more than enough. I rec starting LOW, like 40-60mcg and work your way up if needed to 80-100mcg. for me I was fine with about 80mcg. some will use 150mcg some less. But its ALWAYS good to start low and do your research.

and NO DO NOT use albut and clen. it is almost the same thing, on has a shorter life per dose and is dosed 1-3X a day and clen is dosed 1X per day.

some light amount is green tea should be fine but DO NOT go over board on any other stims while on clen imo.
Also, Look into Keto its a nice combo with clen.

PLZ do your research on clen BEFORE you start your "research"
