Mass Gain Shakes and raw eggs>>>>>>

Got tired of cooked egg options and decided to start blending 2 raw eggs a half cup of dry oats and half cup of fruit with a scoop of mass gainer for breakfast thats like around 950+ calories and like 45 grams protein need to check fat content but think i am ok there.

? is... is this ok for breakfast or am i missing something? I do this for breakfast and again at bed time. other leaner protiens for post workout and during the day. still getting 3-4 meals a day as well.
 
add some peanut butter to your shakes to up the caloric content if you need more calories

whats the breakdown for your mass gainer? some are full of sugar, others are better for you. so thats gonna make a big difference

Lol I eat like a jar or PB a week... My girl is discussted by the amount of PB I consume. I did 3j's calculation for how many calories I need and looks like about 3,500 to maintain and 4,000 to gain aprox a pound a week . I am def getting at least 4,000 a day if not 5,000 some days. If I am getting too many while on cycle or even off will this make me start to bloat or get fat or jus gain lean mass faster? I am n the gym 4 days a week like clock work and mt. bike ride bout 15-20 miles a week and cardio about 15 mins 3 times a week. then workout nights on top of 4 day workout at least 2-3 times a week. And if sex counts as cardio I do that like 5-6 time a week at min.

Break down for shake powder only is 640 cals 26 g protein and 9.5 g of sugar.

Well thats what I was asking if I get good calories in but say take in 1,000 extra calories per day will I continue to add say 2 lbs per week aprox.?? or will I jus get fat? Currently at 205lbs but seem to be stuck at n around this weight for a few weeks.

Also are raw eggs in my shakes safe and ok to eat this way?
 
Adjust the frequency of your heavy lifting in place of some cardio. Stay with the bike riding for anaerobic leg development. Even if fat gain is inevitable, you know how to burn it off effectively while preserving the muscle gains your making/made. Yeah raw eggs in whey mix ok, can taste like $hit tho

If you've been stuck at that weight, increase the cals and see what happens. Jumping up 1000 cals is a bit extreme though, might try adding 500 or so. If you've stalled than the odds are you won't gain that much fat if you add more cals. Just don't go crazy and start eating gallons of ice cream, I guarantee that will make you fat.
