Matter what brand of vitamins?

I was wondering if vitamins are pretty much all the same? Does it matter who makes them?

just go for one thats at the right dolla...

i use tubs of 500 made by holland & barretts hear in the u.k....no good to you in the us unless you wonna order lol....just find a shop where you live and have a look.....or on line shop

So pretty much all vitamins are the same than?

just for the record, atopsies have shown that some cheap vitamins don't really digest very well (as proven by pills left in the stomach probably due to the type of filler/glue used). more of a weird fact than an answer. but imho animal pak has been a tried and true product through the years for a reason. simply put it covers the needs of athletes better. if your on a budget thought something's better than nothing.
