Do you use it? What do you think of it? My new coaches have recommended it. They also told me to get off the Udo's and fish oil......that this is better. Opinions please.
REALLY very work on fat! i prefer omega 3´s +lecithin+mct.
super booster for garbage fat. fast lipoysis.! always take with your foods.
and try wiht glass milk before to sleep.
the only thing different with mct(medium chain triglyceride) oil is that it is metabolised different than regular fats. it is usually not stored as fat and is readily used for energy. it is a good source of condenced energy but i would not drop the EFA or my food fat for the MCT. it is a good supplement for high energy demanding sports though.
