meal replacement shake?

any body got any good reciepes for a meal replacement shakes with around 400cal,40g prot, and 40g carbs?
 
i add this to my shakes....oats, yogurt, protein, peanut butter. blend it all up and there u go

BTW thats a pretty small meal replacement if your talking about 400cals
 
pretty much what i add to mine too..plus wheat germ and lecithin. pretty much what ever you want to to get you were you want.
