Meat Eater needs advice

I'm trying to put on lean body mass. I workout five days a week at a crossfit gym.
5:00 am 20 grams of whey before I workout
6:00 am 20 grams of whey after I workout
Noon 40 grams of whey
6:00pm lean steak and potatos
10:00pm 20 grams of whey

Somebody tell me if I'm on the right track!!!
 
What are you stats....height, weight, bodyfat, etc.

You should eat more real foods than just shakes as well. There is much to much protein shakes.....eggs, turkey, chicken, tuna, salmon, cottage cheese, etc are great sources as well.

Also what is a crossfit gym?

Also, post the rest of your diet.
 
Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program its based off the website crossfit.com. I work out in one of the affiliates. I'm 5'6, 202lbs and 14% body fat. I drink the rtd because they are more convenient for me. Is that bad?? And as far as the rest of my diet, its the same as I posted. The same thing every day. Is that bad?? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
 
more solid foods protein shakes are awesome just try not to substitute it for real food u gotta eat big to get BIG..........................
 
+1 for more food. 20 grams of protein here and there in shakes wont get you very far

and where is the carbs and fats? all i see is potatoes once a day and the rest pure proteinshakes without carbs?

I was assuming he just didn't put the in but if that is whole entire diet that it seriously needs some changing!!!
 
breakfast: oatmeal,ground flax seeds,almonds, eggs.

Lunch: rice,chicken, sallad and oliveoil

dinner you can keeo your steak and potatoes there.

Pwo: here you can have your proteinshake with some dextrose in it. if you do in the area of 30-50 grams of both you have a good starting point.

since i see you are working out very early try eating something light before and have your pwo shake after it followed by breakfast.
