well the advice your probably will get at first is run a test only cycle first your pretty young and your bf% is pretty high whats your diet like and what kind of post cycle therapy (pct) do you plan?you gonna run a Winstrol (winny) only?

Save the D-Bol and Winstrol (winny). Train natty and get some of that weight off of yourself. 22% BF is too much to touch D-Bol, you will blow up and it wont be a good thing bro.
Hop into the diet forum and get some really good advise from some of the bro's here that are diet savy, unless you are good in that area.
And when you do your first cycle, stick with Test, which you will hear from prolly every member here and anywhere you go.

well your diet sucks for one go to the diet section hit the gym and cardio get drop 7 or 8% bf and youll be closer to where you need to be. research is where you need to start first diet and hang around and learn the dos and donts you have taken the first step and thats asking for advice now if you follow it thats your choice.hope to see more post from ya good luck

Diet needs some fixin as you already know. Your on a very short time limit here trying to get your physique to look good by the end of July. Your a big boy, simply dropping body fat will help your look much better. I am 6'2 240lbs myself at the moment (my weight changes fast, depending on diet and cycling).
Seriously hit up the diet forum to get some great advise. You definitely need to eat more. At least 3-4 square meals a day along with 3 protein shakes a day in between meals will make an enormous change in your body within 6 weeks. Plus a good 45 minutes or so of cardio a day. Just DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!!
