Missed meals

How do you guys handle missed meals? Like if you know ahead of time your going to miss a meal do you eat more the previous meal? Or just skip it? My schedule lately has been a mess, I've been doing pretty well but when I know I'm going to miss a meal I usually eat more the previous meal. It's got me thinking I might be better off skipping it altogether.
 
Well most of the time i can do that but there are definitely times that would be unacceptable. I cant bring tupperware into business meetings.
 
What if you put some meal replacement shake or protein shake in a travel coffee cup?. I used to do that too.

Yea i could definitely get away with doing that. Just wasnt sure if that was a worthwile option or eat a larger earlier meal.

Fortunately I wont have to deal with it too much after April
