my best bench press- 465 one rep
best hammer curl- 120lb dumbells- 6 reps
best straight bar curl- 185-6 reps... i think i could have done more, but i was doing sets
cant squat since high school... or power clean, two bulging discs in my back and a blown out knee, i walk with a limp... any one else???
as you can probably tell, i like low reps high weight
been off for two years now, and thinking about doin another in november...

I just squated 225, 275, 295, and 315. I did each for a set of 10, except for 315 which I got for 8. I know it's not much for most of the guys out here, but it was the first time I tried 315 and I wasn't sure if I could do it. As conceeded as it may sound, I was kinda proud of myself. (I was a big milestone for me. You know, breaking the 300 lbs barrier.) :)

Odd choice of selected movements. bench and arms...are you in highschool fatboy?? Just playing around bro those numbers are pretty respectable but its as easy as 1,2,3 to lie about numbers on a board. Like asking a blind man his favorite color.

On drol my numbers were similar with benches and hammers, 105x8 on the hammers and 425x1 single raw bench. Straight bar curls require a lot of core support, I'm surprised you do those with a bad back. I actually dont like them a lot but for wrist reasons.

Well, in his defense he did say that he has buldging discs and therefore can't deadlift and squat

Posting numbers on the internet is kind of pointless, but seeing big numbers thrown around (especially at boards like this with a lot of big guys) inspires me

traps raises with 7 plates and a 25lbs on each side 160lbs x 6 on tricepts push downs machine and left arm curliing a 70 lbs bumbell on preacher curl x 4 my left arm is stronger than my right on arm on all lifts.

LOLOL... i dunno if anyone remembers this, but awhile back some guy posted a thread titled "who here is stronger than me?" and it started some MAJOR shit talking. i mean, numbers that would make the WPO proud... it got so outrageous that it was laughable. I've learned from watching what goes on here not to post #'s and brag about lifts that aren't real. Remember:
"talking shit on the internet is like competing in the special olympics: even if you win, YOU'RE STILL RETARDED"....

Yeah i agree, its really not worth it to lie on a board, but why would i?... no i am not in high school, I'm actually 22 and a senior in college.
The reason i gave those particular numbers is because those are my most impressive lifts... most people dont wanna know what I lateral raise, at least i wouldnt wanna know when comparing numbers...

here is some proof... the dumbells are 110's, and the curl bar has 165 on it. Just wanted to get a good conversation going, not really shit talking.

I used to think it was all about how much someone could lift bladibla. Good numbers for 22. Ive seen a 150 pound 73 yr. old aikido master just throw around some big bulky dude like me and you. You wanna see some sick shit read about WestSide BBer's. 34 guys in the gym pressin more than 585. Where ever you go whatever you do someone is always bigger better and stronger.

Dayummmmnnnnn, those are some serious numbers buddy and all in one place!!

exactly right some one out there is always stronger
no offense fatboy but bicep strength and what one person can curl translates inot nothing..and to some degree depending on your bench style its not the greatest gauge of strength either-although youve got a very good raw bench

By and large squatting and moreso deadlifting are a true test of strength..equipped or not its still the same-Brute strength

thanks for the positive input blackbeard... like i said, i cant squat or deadlift at all anymore because of my back and knee, so i gauge my strength in other ways... thanks though

Honestly I dont think he was bragging at all, I've seen some cocky folks on the internet and he doesn't seem to come off that way IMO.

Looks like some big-liftin genetics.
