my bulking diet please critique!

breakfast 7am

3whole eggs 2whites
1 bagel (260 cals)
1 banana

GYM

40g whey isolate protien
1/2 cup oats
2 bananas

Lunch
2 slices ww bread
6oz lean ground beef(usually make into a burger)
1 pear
100 cal bag almonds
1 slice 2% american cheese

mid day
1 1/2 cup brown rice
6oz chx breast cubed
1-2 oz turkey kilbassa
chpped onions and peppers
(usually make a stir fry with organic beef stock and curry paste its good!!)

Dinner

2 medium sized baked potatos
8-10oz steak ( i usually buy top sirloin) but dam do I love some prime rib!!
1 can grean beans

before bed
40g casien protien
3 tbsp natural pnut butter

a bmr/tdee and macros would be really helpful here... pro/fat/cal/carb of every meal.. the bmr/tdee formula is in my sticky in the first post

those totals are off... no way your macros equal to 3700 calories....
 
o yea i love them I eat them too. just sweet potatos are so nasty i really tried to eat them they make me wanna puke!!!
 
ok sounds good to me. i am going to try and start cutting up next month after post cycle therapy (pct). so then ill post up a cutting diet i think i might have that one down.. lol hopefully
