I am 237ish pounds, 6'3", about 12-13".
Eating approx 2,500 calories a day I would guess.
240g of protein a day. 6meals * 40.
240g of carbs a day. First 4 meals * 60g.
30-40g of fat a day. Last 2 meals * 15-20g.

Been doing this for about 2.5 months now. Fat loss has been slow, and seems to have stayed the same for the last 5 weeks, though I do think I look better.
However, overall, I'm only down around 6-7 pounds in about 10 weeks. Which was pretty much what I put on over christmas.

How many calories should I be consuming a day?
Is that too many carbs?
Should I mix in a couple carb days at 120g?

I'm actually thinking your cals might be 2 or 300 too low. Up your fat a bit, and decrease your carbs. How much cardio are you doing?

Should I have more fat at night, or have it with my carbs?
My schedule has been a little messed up, but it will look something like:
Walk dog every day. Not cardio, but activity.
bike 25 minutes 2 mornings high intensity intervals.
One work out 30 minutes light circuit training.
Two heavy workouts heavy compound excercises.
My training is messed due to time.

Diet looks on par, maybe get another protein only meal in there...you need more cardio man. At least 3 minutes 5 times a week (for comparison, I do 1-2 hours 7 days a week, i'm trying to get shredded tho).

Start with 30min/day for 5 days a week, then either add more days or more hours until you start losing more weight. You will probably have to increase it a little more everytime you lose 10-15lbs thogh to keep weight loss constant.

im going to assume '12-13" ' means 12-13% BF, which puts you at ~206 lean pounds.

If I were you, id eat at or a little above maintenance for two weeks to get your hormones, immune system, etc back to a more normal level, then jump back into dieting.

id eat about 3,100-3,200 calories a day, just a typical 40/40/20 split.

After the two weeks drop some carbs and hit the cardio.

Ya I was going to up cals by about 500 the next week.
I figured I've been eating about the same amount for amost 3 months now, I need to do something different.
