my diet

can anyone please help me with my diet? Am i eating enough and the right amount of protien, carbs etc.

6.30am- large bowl of oats, 300ml s/s milk
10.30am-5 scrammbled eggs, baked beans, 2 toast.
1.30pm-2 corned beef sandwhiches(multigrain bread), yoghurt, banana, mass gain shake.
5.00pm-bowl of oats 300ml s/s milk
7.30pm-mass gain shake
9.30pm-spaghetti bolegnese
water/milk drunk throughout the day.

I am on a mass building progeamme, my stats are- h;6'2", w;200lbs age;27
 
dude as long as you not doing weights then that diet is fine

if on the other hand you wanna grow then thats not enough cals , things to add at least 2 chicken breasts , lean steak , sweet potato , peanut butter , vegi greens brown rice , egg whites , good protien shake , post work out shake as well gatorade plus 60g protien wpi and bcas glutamine

do some research in this forum there are plenty examples
