my get skinnier cycle

i have lost about 4 pounds but look alot better and keep improving, the fina is the shit, i am going to take two weeks or three weeks off after this week and start again with the fina, going to put some eq in the mix started last week, it really is all dieting tho bro, sauce is about 15% the other 85% is your diet and training, i am 6' about 230 so us short guys have to diet a little harder then the rest i have seen. whats your diet look like, and what splits for training
 
all my friends are over 6 feet, we all play football, i am the short one, even the running backs are taller then me, I am the strongest tho,,,,,
