My Girlfriend/fiance

Let me start by saying that before I decided to seriously train her, I was ust trying to help with her fibromyalgia. I figured GH would e great along with moderate training......... Well, aftera few workouts and being around me and learning the tings I've learned, she decided to take the leap. Now her wanting to tighten some loose skin from weight loss and reduce pain has turned to her wanting to be tight, toned, strong d maybe a figure model. Now before I get into what I have her on now, I'm going to admit I was talked into something stupid by my nutritionist who trust b/c he's ueually very wise. I wanted to start her on T3 and ECA, but did'nt have the aas needed for her on hand to stop muscle waste. He began to explain that low dose test is great for a 39yo women and that teen women have more test than a 50yo man and contributes to them being in great shape. I gave her 1 frontloaded dose to make her happy and put her on T3 and ECA. As I thought, the test was just too androgenic, she was having vivid dreams and as a bit short tempered, and her already over active sex drive went wild. Ok, so luckily that was the only dose I gave her just to hold her over. Now I am putting her on 150mg of primo a week, 25mcgT3 a day, ECA 2-3x a day and IGF1 LR3 20mcg pre workout before a small meal on training days 4 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Alot smarter. When I told her this today, she looked upset and aid "you're taking me off the steroids", I then explained primo was far better fo her and IGF1 is great for pain and muscle gain and that she was staying on te T3 and ECA.

I obviously stand behind my choice to not get her gong on test and just humor her with a shot. I doubt there is anyone here that would think otherwise. Maybe if she as trying to be an NPC female BB, but not for her.

Now how do you al feel about primo at 150mg a week? Anabolic enough to stop muscle waste from T3 and also add some steady gains? I dont see any gender bias resons as to why IGF1 should be avoided by women, but if anyone knows of any, please share. I'm confident she wont need more than 20mcg on training days like I take.

I was also told Tbol would be fairly safe for her, but I'm just getting started with her.

As to the fibromyalgia, do youthink the IGF1 will help with pain? Studies showed that most women with it or CFS had very low IGF1 levels.... I went with h to an endo to see about GH for her and he was an idiot and instead of saying she should be in a range of an athletic 20yo, he said as long as she is in the range of someoneher age, she is fine andthere are also "expensive and hard to do tests" to see if she can naturally produce gh... He was talking about cjc1295 and ghrp6, I lauged a bit out loud. then the f'r said arginine would help produce more, hehehe, that was enough for me. I am thinking that a dose of 2iu a day should be good for her, and or 1.5mg of cjc a week with 3 250mcg injects of ghrp6 a day. As much as she is stressing aesthetics, I'm stressing pain reducton, help with her nerves and well being. What are your opinions on IGF1, GH and GHRH's for something like fibromyalgia?

Thank you for any help, she is in pain all day and night at 39yo with a wonderfull body and is the women evryone hits on, but underneath is misserable and worried I'll flee down the road when she needs to rely on me. I feel terrible and want to do what I can for her, I love her very much.

I don't think she needs to be on gear at all, bro. She was ready to take the plunge after a few workouts? This goes against conventional wisdom of building a foundation first. T3 is for people who don't want to learn to diet properly, IMO. Gear is for guys. Again, my opinion. Maybe I have too conservative of an approach. But my woman makes gains without that stuff. She's 10 years older than your fiance, too. Sure, it's harder and the gains are slow, but that's where the long term lessons in diet and training are learned. Not in a pill or a pin.

That being said, I feel for your situation, that you want her to feel better and that you'd try almost anything to help her with this. I'd concentrate on very high doses of antioxidants, including grape seed extract. I have seen some people do well with such a regimen. Guaifenesin is something new that at least one clinic is using, and its OTC. Fibromyalgia Treatment Center / Guaifenesin Protocol and bee venom therapy has shown promise.

I wish you and her success on your journey and in your relationship.

Thanks, I do agree with your opinion, I kinda miss-worded her taking the leap soon, she has trained and dieted for years, I meant she was fast to the leap after being around me and seeing the benefits and seeing how things work. Right now she has an injury and cant train so just T3 and eca. When ready I'll throw her 10mg of Winstrol (winny) a day and 10mcg of IGF1 preworkout.

Thank you very much for the link bro.

This was my question, just under a friends handle b/c I was at his house and could not think of what combo of username and password I used.

I hate T3, the shit eats muscle like pacman.

Not a fan, though I know it's popular. Why use it? There are other alternatives?

Really sorry to hear about your lady :( I'll keep her in my prayers. I chose peps in my stack to help repair an injury. I know it's not the same and have no idea of her pain, but it does help with mine. I know this may sound odd but has she tried any alternative meds? I found some cool stuff when I lived over there...

HGH- I used it, loved it. However, I would have to research how the replication would effect her. I just don't want to put my foot in my mouth- so i'll try to get some solid info- TRY LOL.
