1º Should i lower the dose to like 180mg EW?
2º Prolactine high as hell should i run pardolel in wich dose and how much time?

Did you ever get an MRI done of your pituitary?

Yes, lower our TRT dosage of test if these are trough readings. It is too high. You will likely have to lower your AI dosage as well. If they are peak readings you can probably leave your dosage alone?

Do you pin once or twice a week?

Hi mega thanks for the reply.

I take 1mg of anastrozol in the day of the shot should i lower more? i think 35 still a lil bit high since my last BW tested for 54 and max is 50.

And i only do a shot per week, do u have any tip for the prolactine issue?

35pg/ml is about damn near perfect for estradiol. But if you lower your Test dose you won't need as much AI. I recommend splitting your dose of test in half and injecting twice a week. Try taking .50mg of adex with each injection. Let's see where that puts your numbers. Although, I wish you had answered my question about peak or trough.

For the Prolactin, I think you need to see your doc and get an MRI scan. I would try to get in there quickly. It isn't an emergency but you don't want to wait 6 months to get around to it either.

Sorry didn't understood about the peak or trough, you want to know if my bw was done 7 days after last shot? it was.

I will try to get an appointment with him as soon as possible.

Yeah if your bloods were done on a trough then your TT is way too high, you should really consider lowering your dose. You will find that you can run a lower dose but pinn two times a week instead of once and maintain a nice steady level, you will then be able to get by with taking less AI or none at all and still maintain a good E2 level as well.

Best of luck!

Instead of doing 150mg in a single pinn once a week split it up and pinn 75mg 2x a week (every 3.5 days). You will find that you do not have the end of the week crash and you are able to maintain a steady test level instead of having a very high peak and then dropping way down late in the week.
