My New Diet Plan : Review

Just wanting some opinions on my new diet.

Mon-Fri stays like this. 1-2 Gallons of water everyday

6:30am 4 eggs, 1 piece of toast, bacon bits. Large glass of OJ, and small bowl of rasin bran to keep the shit slick.
9:30am Protein shake. 3 scoops (25g per scoop), mixed with banana
11:00am Turkey, Ham, or some kind of loaded up delly meat sandwhich i make
1:00pm If I eat out grilled chicken sandwhich or steak. If not another delly sandwhich. Usually some yogert and some other stuff to eat.
4:00pm Wendy's Salad or more delly sandwhices.
Go to gym. Immediatley after workout
6:00pm Yogert with Creatine, Protein Shake 3 scoops with banana mixed in.
9:30pm I get home. Eat some kind of meal I fix. Spaghetti, some times more eggs, etc.
 
What are your goals? Depending on what you aim to achieve this could be a good diet or a bad one.
 
Depending on your stats, it looks like enough calories to grow on. You
need to add everything up and be more precise, so if you aren't putting on size, you can up the eggs or ounces of meat or scoops of protein.

Be more specific when you put together a plan, like 8 oz of roast beef
with 2 slices of cheese (sandwich) etc...
 
ah hell all my sandwhiches are freaking huge.

They are aroun 20 oz each. of meat with 1 slice of cheese each on them and miracle whip.

I was thinking about upping the egg content also.

I just wanted to make sure this wasn't too junky or anything.

Currently weight between 195-205. I drink alsmot 2 gallons of water a day so I generally stay within 201.5 After a workout. I go by how much to drink by body weight usually.
