I have done what seems like endless research on the topic of AAS and I have made the decision to join the “Dark Side”.
Current Stats:
Age: 33
Height: 5’-9”
Weight: 205 Pounds
Years Weight Training: 8 (off and on)
BF% : 28
LBM: 159 Pounds
I am now in the process of mapping out the next 6 months of training. I am planning on naturally cutting to;
Weight: 175 Pounds
BF%: 9.5
Based on prior experience, I anticipate reaching this goal in 12 weeks. This will be done with the folling diet;
Meal #1: PWO protein shake
Meal #2: Chicken breast with brown rice and corn
Meal #3” Chicken breast with brown rice and corn.
Meal #4: 10 peanuts and a handful of Craisin’s
Meal #5: Natural peanut butter on whole wheat bread
Meal #6: FF cottage cheese and pineapple
This plan breaks down somewhere in the area of 2000 Calories with 200g of protein. I will adjust this as I lose weight.
Once I reach the target BF% of sub-10%, I will run the following cycle;
Week 1-10/12: 400mg/week Test E
Week 1-15/17: 20mg/ed Nolva
PCT (14-days after last Test E shot):
Day 1: 300mg Clomid/ 20mg/Nolva
Days 2-11: 100mg Clomid/ 20mg Nolva
Day 12-21 50 mg Colmid/ 20mg Nolva
During this cycle I will eat the exact same diet as listed above, except I will double the portions. This will get me around 4K calories with 400g of protein.
My goal for this cycle is to gain 15 pounds of LBM and increase my strength.
