multivitamins,creatine,whey protein,beta-alanine, ,ZMA, citrulline malate

Any comments? I should add or remove? thoughts? thanks

I don't think that you need ZMA, you can take it sometimes. No need to take it everyday if you don't have deficiency.

As pwo, beta alanine, citrulline malate, taurine and maybe caffeine if you want a stimulant in that stack.
Post workout L-theanine, has a little bit of a calming/relaxing effect.

Some good quality omega 3? Preferably codliver oil.
