My tuna shake...

200gm Tuna preferably drained
1 Pint Full fat Milk
4 Large Raw Eggs
2 Bananas
3 Heaped Teaspoons of Protein Shake...

Twice a day sometimes three, its pretty good tasting if your not 100% anti-tuna and brings in a nice supply of protein, carbs and fat and you get some good sodium too, try it out :P
 
That shake sounds nasty. And I wouldn't eat raw eggs either...

I used to put OJ on my tuna as well. I started using it in place of lemon juice. It actually tasted pretty good. Now I just use a little olive oil.
