My wife needs weight loss help for our honeymoon

After 2 kids, my 5' 2" wife who was 115, now weighs 159 ( although she wears it well). We are FINALLY going on our honeymoon on the march 18th and she wants to lose 20lbs at least ( because it is a cruise and the bikini situation) She is willing to try anything, once I have researched it enough but I dont know what to get for her. She is at the gym 5 days a week, she eats VERY healthy over the last 2 weeks, but only 1 or 2 pounds lost. I need help ASAP! I dont care what it costs, I just want to make her happy. PLEASE HELP!
 
I told her 1lb a week is healthy, but she is scared that if she hits a wall, she wont have time to start on something. A friend of mine who has been juicin for 14 years suggested anavar, but I heard of women gainig weight on anavar and clenbuterol. Woul just a straight up estrogen blocker help her with the weight loss?
 
i went through the same thing bro.. my wife was 4ft11 89lbs.. she blew up like a tick when she had my daughter.. she weighed 151lbs.. she dieted a little an ran a little and the weight fell right off.. should be easy for your girl.. she seems to have a small build as does my wife.. actually i enjoyed the change.. it was like strange pussy for a few months..
 
AAS is not a weight loss drug. Nothing will produce more that 1lbs. a week weight loss. If she hits a wall she needs to drop cals and up cardio.

i just need a few things to get started..

1. everything she's eating logged.. as in, i need measurments.. ie how many cups/ounces/or what ever measurment necessary to tell me how much of what she's taking in...

2. her exact workout plan.. if shes doing cardio, where's she keeping her heartrate?? is it low intensity, high intesity, interval...

3. at what times are these things occuring.. yes.. what time she's eating every meal.. and yes, what time she's working out... dont forget to include EVERYTHING.. including the amount of oil used in cooking and what kind of oil...

4. forget about compounds... i promise i wont let her stall... she just has to do what i say (with the exception of issues like hypothyroidism)

5. tell me when your honeymoon is exactly

6. there's a link to my free diet advice thread... sit down with her and read it.. it'll make her more knowledgable and more primed for diet advice...
 
I think blondie meant to say that you need to make it a point to give her a few extra good poundings a week! Preferably in the a.m. While she is still asleep so she can wake up with her metabolism screamin....if she's not, then you gotta really bring in the heavy artillary right before bedtime! This is all on you brother.... Drop a blue devil, stare in the mirror to get urself amped up, and then go for broke till you make her eyes roll in the back of her head and she is on the verge of hyperventilating. Give her a little water to sip on, and lock the fridge for the night. Give it three days and she'll be a new woman!!!
 
At a pound a week whatever she is doing is working.

her situation is a bit diff love.. she has a time limit... she doesn't wanna be conscious of her body on her honeymoon...

i can help her drop weight + some water weight, then set her up on the best possible diet afterwords for continued weight loss...

btw u burn about 600-700 calories an hour having sex.. great cardio..

u could just have her be on top the whole time... used to do it with my ex all the time.. miss cardio that day? fuck away!

I would love the sex, and trust me , she would do it, but I am working 38 hours away. not really an option right now.
