N2 Guard vs. Forged Liver Support & Ruthless 3D

I talked to a rep from NTBM and they said that N2 Guard wasnt going to be back in stock for a couple more weeks. The recomended that I should get Forged Liver Support and Ruthless 3D as an alternative. Will this provide the protection that N2 Guard would? Mainly concerned about keeping healthy BP levels, I will be running a Helladrol cycle.
