Setting NEWB Gun to KILL
i am a life time eater of kraft PB smooth. this was until i started taking this shit seriously and noticed everyone eats the natty stuff.

so i bought a jar of it and compared nutritional facts and they arent amazigly different. the price is,as the natty stuff is like double. and the taste aint great es[ecially when your addicted to kraft like its crack.im not complaining cuz ill eat almost anything except yams.

so can someone please tell me the/any difference? what is the advantage of the natty? is it worth the price difference?

thanks bros

sugars. preservatives. junk.

yes regular PB is good. But once you get used to tasting Natty PB, regular PB tastes like butter. lol

it all depends on your goals at the moment, but IMO it is much better for you. Don't look at the nutrional facts so much as the ingredients.

ah fuck i spelled kraft wrong in the header.dumbass.

thanks RJ. my goals are a lean bulk right now. dont care if its too lean cuz i can do that after im bigger.

ill stick with the natty for spoon fulls but for PB+honey sandwhiches,im gonna have a tub of kraft on hand.

you get what you pay for...shitty PB cost less than natty. McDicks costs less than a Bison Burger.

Huge difference....look at the ingredients. Like Blondie mentioned almond butter. It is so much more delicious than Peanut Butter!

mmmmmmm.....yammsss! and yea i made the switch to, had to get some nuts in my diet, natty pb was the only cost efficient instead of buying whole penuts, and i hear the almond butter is great, gotta try that out next week

You can get organic almond butter for 5 bucks and some change at Costco. Just bought some the other day. It comes in a 26 oz jar. Ingredients: almonds. Pretty good buy.

I just found out about this amazing peanut butter called "Naturally More"; they sell it at Wallmart.

It has (quote from review) "flaxseed, flax oil, and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. On top of these positive facts, the company boasts that its product has 25 percent more protein and 50 percent more fiber than regular brands"

"Beyond roasted peanuts, Naturally More contains wheat germ, flaxseed, flax oil, egg whites, omega-3 and omega-6"
