NEED HELP. want to gain weight but struggling

im currently 12 stone/168lbs did start out at 9. but now seemed to have stopped for the last 6 months,

3J hep me out lol, heard your the best and many have recommneded.

height is 5'9
age:21
i want to bulk to 13 stone.
would this be a good bulking diet

any others tips would be really good cheers

8am- whey shake, oatmeal, banana.

11am- tuna(1 tin = 120 kcal (36g protein) sandwhich wholewheat, cheese, almonds and apple.

1pm- 300g wholeweat pasta, 8 oz chicken breast, brocolli. and another fruit.+ mixed beans and legumes go in with pasta dish.

4pm (pre)- 200 g basmati rice, 8oz chicken, broclli.

post- dextrose shake, whey, oatmeal and banana

8pm- 8oz chicken/steak/fish, sweet potato, mix veg.

bed- cottage cheese and casein.

just read other post from 3j and my weight is 168lbs with 20lb of bf.
i worked out that my BMR is 1817.
im moderately active so
1817x 1.55= 2817kcal +500= 3317kcal needed.

could you help with my diet plan as i want to be pushing for the 185 lb mark cheers.
