I am 140 pounds 23 years old and 6' tall.
About a month ago I posted on this site that I was wanted to take DBOL.... Big mistake after everyone blasted me on here I did not take them. Because everybody kept telling me that I have to eat, eat, eat, and that is fine, but I keep eating and I still stay the same.
I go to the gym M-F and try to eat everything in site, but nothing seems to work.
My question to all of you experts is what the hell do I need to eat, what time do I need to eat at, and how many times a day.
Please dont blast me on this I really am trying to do this the correct way, and I already listened to the mods on not taking the DBOL, I just think that it would be so much easier if someone wrote me out a diet to follow everyday. Also I have Aminos, and I have a Protien shake if someone could factor them in too.
