I have been lifting weights for 12yrs and never been real serious about my diet until now. I'm trying to keep it clean as i know how, so i need some help on cutting weight and not muscle. Oh yeah i'm also on my second week of E-pol for a cycle of 4 weeks but i think i'm over killing the weights right now. i'm in the gym 6 days a week for about 2hrs and doing no cardio. So can someone give me some info.
