Need help

6' 195 26. I just want to get rid of some fat with out losing weight. Honestly, I don't think I even know the ABC of dieting. What I do know I need 1 1/2 gram of protine for every pound. What I want to know is good source of clean carbs and how much do I need per pound? By the way i have a office job where i dont move much. Thank a lot for ur help thunderstruck
